UNIS Technology, a leader in arcade games manufacturing, is growing our sales team. We are looking for a _Sales Assistant_ to work at our location in Markham, Ontario. If you are energetic and passionate about games and enjoy working in a dynamic and fun industry, then we’ve got the job for you

**Qualifications**
- Completion of post-secondary education is a MUST
- Sales-related experience preferred.
- Marketing-related experience preferred

**Responsibilities**
- Work with sales administrator to process POs, invoices/packing lists and other paperwork
- Communicate with clients and our warehouse staff on games shipment logistics: prepare shipping documents, coordinate, and arrange shipping etc.
- Support the sales team with maintaining customer accounts and assist in resolving customer issues
- Accurate data entry using excel and QuickBooks
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in a B2B setting
- Collaborate and assist other departments to complete projects
- Participate and attend tradeshows, open houses, and other events as needed (must be able to travel abroad)
- Provide support to the other teams; perform duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Completion of post-secondary education required
- Sales-related experience preferred.
- Marketing-related experience preferred
- Experience working in the games/amusement industry a plus

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong customer and office relationships
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Diligently complete tasks with attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Desire for continuous improvement and to learn and grow within the organization

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
