Responsibilities would include: - Participate in and oversee the successful planning and implementation of new ERP modules and integration projects. - Design, test, and deploy enhancements and improvements to the ERP system. - Work in a development and support role with ERP system users at all levels in the organization. Respond to and troubleshoot issues. - Work with users to understand and define their needs to propose effective sustainable solutions. - Document ERP configuration and develop training materials for end users. - Aid in creation of metrics, reports, and auditing tools. - Identify, make recommendations for, and lead improvements to system related business processes. - College diploma or University degree (Computer Science, Engineer, or Business). - 3 years ERP implementation and/or support experience. Experience with Plex ERP preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). - Proven leadership skills and successful track record of managing projects and working with people at all levels of the organization. - Attentive to quality standards and detail-oriented. - Strong planning and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence and lead change
