Our menu includes a wide variety of espresso based beverages with a generous selection of add-ons, much loved baked goods made in house daily, breakfast, lunch, and a selection of local canned boozy beverages.

**FOH Team Members are accountable for**:

- Satisfaction of guests
- Cleanliness and presentation of cafe
- Quality and availability of cafe products including beverages, bakery, breakfast, and lunch

**FOH Team Members are responsible for**:

- Nurturing friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty, and boost our reputation within the marketplace
- Ensuring a spotless cafe environment and maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness
- Preparing a range of cafe beverages at a professional skill level - including espresso, coffee, alcoholic and other beverage types
- Displaying bakery items and maintaining appearance of display areas
- Opening and closing tasks including cash handling and additional cleaning requirements
- Working successfully in a busy environment both independently and with a team
- Collaborating with team members to create new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences
- Collaborating with team members on our digital presence including Google and social media
- All other tasks FOH tasks such as bussing tables, preparing fresh flowers, watering plants, and stamping packaging

- Coffee/cafe/bakery experience is an asset
- Food Handling Certificate is an asset
- Excitement to fulfill the accountabilities and responsibilities of this role

- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
- Commitment to high quality work, and never cutting corners
- Consent to a criminal record check

- You must be 19+

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
