Plumber and Gasfitter

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Assemble and install plumbing systems according to blueprints and specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues to determine necessary repairs or replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during all work performed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Proficient in assembling plumbing systems with a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge.
- Experience in reading blueprints to accurately execute plumbing installations.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and pipe sizing.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus for integrated installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.55-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
