**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct, install, and repair structures such as frameworks, walls, floors, and cabinets.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Perform flooring installation, including tile laying and hardwood installation.
- Execute masonry tasks as needed for various projects.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers, to ensure project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading is essential.
- Familiarity with various carpentry tools and techniques is required.
- Knowledge of flooring installation methods is an asset.
- Previous experience with masonry work is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-18 months

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
