Mi BOWL GROUP INC. is a meal plan company. We are creative and engaging. We make Asian fusion-style bento and food for our customers. We make 2000+ meals every week.

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. Knowing any Asian cuisine would be an asset. (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and South East Asia)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation & Cooking**: Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to the menu.
- **Production Management**: Oversee the smooth operation of your section, including delegating tasks to junior staff.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels and inform the kitchen management of supply needs.
- **Health & Safety**: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
- **Team Support**: Train and mentor junior staff and assist other sections when needed.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial kitchen.
- Have a certain understanding of Asian cuisine.
- A passion for cuisine.
- Self motivated and extreme drive to learn and collaborate.
- Food Handler Certificate.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 5 years (preferred)
