Right at Home currently has a Part-Time opportunity. Must be able to work with a client who smokes (outside the home) and uses a lift with a wheelchair. Client resigns Near Bloor Street West/Renforthe Drive Etobicoke.

- Police Criminal Reference Check
- Updated immunizations.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- PSW certification or equivalent
- Current certificate in standard first-aid and CPR
- Ability to travel freely to see clients

**Duties**:

- Assisting with personal grooming
- Bathing
- Dressing and undressing
- Mobilization activities (turning, transferring, exercising and walking)
- Toileting
- Eating and meal preparations
- Specialty care an asset (i.e. Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Chronic Conditions)
- Companionship, outings
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with the support of your team
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Must be physically and mentally fit to handle the demands of caregiving
- Must be passionate, patient, caring and committed

Work Locations:

- client homes
- locations outside of the client’s home and other sites as needed.
