Your role consists in managing an important set of operational activities related to the banking transformation program within the Business sector, drawing on your skills in making quality decisions and forming effective teams. You're responsible for administrating your group's service offer, developing and implementing its business plan, and overseeing activities supporting the administrative department's strategic orientations.

Manager, Financing and Card Solutions Modernization, Business Sector, you're responsible for developing a roadmap for modernizing the granting of financing and credit card solutions for the Business sector. You promote the implementation of a solution for granting financing within Desjardins Group's Business sector. You oversee the sound management of the operational impacts of card solutions and their integration into the Business solution ecosystem. You're responsible for developing and carrying out the implementation plan set out in the administrative department's business plan.

The development and implementation of solutions must be in line with the architectural vision, the growth plan, the member-client shift and the omnichannel transformation.

You oversee the performance and transformation of your teams with a view to maximizing project speed and operational efficiency. You work directly with several internal business partners at Desjardins and external partners, such as integrators and service providers.

With your aptitude for developing talent and driving results, you are able to effectively manage people and performance, produce reports and ensure partner satisfaction, in the interest of members and clients.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Develop and follow up on the implementation plan for the Business sector's target solution, in line with Desjardins Group's other modernization programs, with a view to managing performance
- Establish a multi-year investment plan aimed at achieving the business vision and implementing solutions while overseeing the tactical component of short-term improvements and solutions for irritants, working closely with partners for the card component
- Serve as a custodian of our business solutions while taking into account the competitive nature of the market and the needs of members and clients- Define and oversee the implementation of activities related to the unit's services and ensure that projects under your responsibility are carried out in a way that maximizes targeted business results and ensures member/client satisfaction
- Support the immediate supervisor by helping with work organization, operational planning and special initiatives- Support the administrative unit's action plan by managing individual and team performance
- Address and communicate changes in a positive, engaging way
- Demonstrate tact in dealing with others and adapt your approach based on the stakeholders involved
- Promote teamwork and cohesion between teams
- Actively monitor your field to be at the forefront of adopting new practices and tools, with a view to maintaining a leadership position

- Design and deliver solutions according to the established investment plan

- Implement mechanisms for adjusting deliverables to the circumstances encountered
- Align the Business sector's initiatives with those of Desjardins Group
- Maintain close relationships with external service providers and exert influence over their roadmaps to ensure they meet the needs of Desjardins Group and our members and clients
- Adhere to the regulatory and compliance framework regarding financing products and credit cards
- Prepare for and support change management, rollout support and user support in learning the new solutions.
