**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install trailer hitches and wiring on a wide range of vehicles
- Maintain and clean work space
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs (electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
- Diagnose issues with RV components and systems using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to execute repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Organize and sort inventory and stock
- Able to lift and move heavy items when needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems within RVs.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not required
