Have you worked in a kitchen or as a line cook? Are you passionate about food and want to share your expertise with enthusiasm? Do you believe in the value of exceptional customer service? Then this is the position for you.

We are now looking to hire dynamic, outgoing, and friendly team members. You must be fun, energetic and have passion for food and wowing our guests. Minimum 1 year’s experience in the hospitality industry and some cooking experience is preferred.

Full-time and part-time restaurant positions are available.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To prepare all orders correctly, efficiently, and timely and to ensure that it is served at the appropriate temperature.

To prepare food to exact specifications and to set up stations for menu.

To play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU**:

- Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Must ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Ability to understand cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills.
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized and self-motivated.
- Must ensure a well-stocked workstation and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift.
- Must maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.
- Must comply with applicable sanitary, health and personal hygiene standards.
- Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, lift and carry heavy material.
- Must maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Must ensure food is stored away properly when not in use.
- Must perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, KM or GM (including taking orders if needed)
