**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Data Scientist** who’s passionate about **turning raw data into real-world magic**. You’ll build models, run experiments, and unlock insights that guide product innovation, personalize user experiences, and fuel strategic decisions.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design, build, and validate machine learning models and predictive analytics
- Analyze user behaviour, platform usage, and operational data for actionable insights
- Build recommendation systems, clustering models, NLP pipelines, and forecasting tools
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to solve key challenges with data
- Visualize complex data in simple, intuitive dashboards and reports
- Stay curious: experiment, optimize, and question assumptions

**What You Bring**
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch a plus)
- Strong skills in SQL and working with relational databases
- Experience in data wrangling, feature engineering, and model deployment
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and scalable ML pipelines
- Bonus: Experience with NLP (natural language processing), vector databases, or LLM fine-tuning

- Python, SQL, Jupyter Notebooks, AWS, GitHub, Tableau/Looker (for visualization)
