**Accounts Payable Clerk**

**Requirements**:

- 10 years’ experience in office administration is an asset
- 5 years’ experience in accounts payable (preferred)
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Be able to provide administration assistant to other team members
- Has experience in writing templates, letters and correspondence
- Capable to work independently and as part of a team
- Meet multiple deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be self-directed, proactive and able to exercise discretion

**Duties**:

- Open and distribute daily mail and arrange couriers.
- Matching PO’s, packing slips and invoices
- Responsible for preparing accounts payable for approval and payment and reconciling supplier statements
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries

**Salary**: $20.00-$29.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- CHILLIWACK, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- vendor management: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
