**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all items are prepared according to safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Provide help to customers with menu selections and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure that all food items are presented attractively and served promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Vietnamese speaking is an asset but not required
- Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain a clean working environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to assist with various kitchen duties as needed, including food preparation and sanitation tasks.
- ProServe Certification
