**Job Posting: Server/Cashier**

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food, and handling cash transactions. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety is key to thriving in this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.
- Accurately take food and drink orders.
- Prepare and serve food according to restaurant guidelines.
- Follow food handling and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is required.
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to help fellow team members.

**Pay**: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 2 years of customer service experience (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- French (not required)

**License/Certification**:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)

**Work Location**: In-person

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
