We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Facilities Maintenance to add to our team

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Performs maintenance program tasks (heating, cooling, plumbing, water, electrical, mechanical, communications, carpentry, painting, and similar work; heavy-duty cleaning) inside and outside the building.

2. Helps with repairs and preventive maintenance, replacement, and new installation of structures, equipment, grounds, racking, and storage.

3. Be able to perform duties concerned with electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and mechanics, except those services performed by outside contractors.

4. Performs duties concerned with the maintenance of grounds, parking lots, driveways, snow removal, Etc. (except those performed under service a contract).

5. Perform cleaning of storage and utility areas; washing walls, ceilings, and outside windows, changing screens on storm windows, and changing light bulbs in ceiling fixtures.

6. Helps with the care and use of supplies and tools and maintenance of equipment used in the performance of departmental duties.

7. Analyze and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems

8. Conduct industrial maintenance tasks efficiently

9. Boil and follow schematics and logic controllers for equipment

10. Responsible for clearing snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas to ensure safe and accessible conditions during winter weather

11. Operate snow plow trucks and other equipment to remove snow and ice from roadways, driveways, and parking lots.

12. Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance.

13. Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to maintain safety standards.

14. Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently.

**Job-Specific Experience and Knowledge**:
1. Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

2. Proven mechanical/electrical aptitude.

3. Minimum of one year's experience in a previous facilities role.

4. Experience with basic repair and building maintenance would be an asset.

5. Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions

6. Ability to dig and clear areas for effective snow removal operations.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
