**Position**:Retail Sales Associate

**Location**:Education Station, North Location, 14511 156 Street, Edmonton, AB

**Shift**:Monday to Friday, Weekends, Holidays

**Overview**

Our educational retail stores are filled with bright ideas and learning tools for teachers, childcare centres, parents, and children.

Our shelves are stocked with thousands of the highest quality learning tools the educational industry has to offer. We carefully select each item to bring the best, proven, and most current learning tools to our specialty retail clients. Inside our retail stores, you will find the best selection of educational games, toys, puppets, puzzles, classroom decoratives, teacher essentials, resource books, math and language aids, arts and crafts materials, workbooks and more

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in finding the products best suited for their needs.
- Use of the POS system: ring in transactions, create sales orders, inventory adjustments, enter customer information, etc.
- Answer the phones and handle customer inquiries.
- Receive products and transfers, and put them out onto the sales floor in a timely manner.
- Merchandise sections when needed or when new product is brought into the store.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.

**Physical & Other Requirements**
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
