The Retail Sales Associate/cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, clean restaurant interior. The Retail Sales Associate/cashier works directly with the full service staff and is in charge of creating schedules, making sure that legal regulations are met and covering shifts if necessary. The Retail Sales Associate/cashier will also be responsible for ordering supplies and ensuring that all restaurant equipment is running smoothly. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

**Skills**:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain product features to customers
- Proficient in cashiering and handling financial transactions
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken in the local community
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and providing information
