Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to join our team. We offer a friendly work environment in a casual office setting where professional and personal growth is encouraged.
You will coordinate the scheduling of maintenance appointments for existing clients and new clients. In this role, you will track when clients are due for maintenances, reach out to schedule appointments, and communicate schedules with technicians.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate service calls and service requests
- Call existing clients to schedule appointments
- Answer phones
- Closing work order tickets
- Communicate with technicians
**Skills**
- Good attitude and sense of humor

- Ability to learn software system
- Ability to handle challenging clients
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Word, Excel
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- University or College an asset (Administration, Marketing)
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
- HVAC industry experience preferably in customer service, scheduling, and dispatching is an asset
