**About the Opportunity**:
The Secretary F provides administrative assistance to the District Chief and Academic Head of the Department of Emergency Medicine and the Chief Operating Officer. Dealing with a wide variety of highly sensitive and confidential material, the Secretary F employs considerable skills in the areas of communications and information technology and utilizes their significant knowledge of hospital and university policies and procedures in order to relieve the Chief and the Chief Operating Officer of routine administrative matters, and to support their various commitments to external and internal committees and associations.
**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Grade 12 plus completion of at least a one year Business or Administration program is required
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a leadership role required
- Medical Terminology course an asset
- Highly developed proficiency in common office software (Outlook, MS Office Suite, Teams, Zoom)
- Highly developed co-ordination, organization, multitasking and decision making abilities required
- Highly developed note and minute taking abilities
- Complex scheduling experience an asset
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative, work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of current concepts / trends in office management
- Ability to work collaboratively with support staff and management teams
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

- Permanent, Full-Time Position, 70 hrs bi-weekly
**Compensation and Benefits**:
$28.24 - $31.15 Hourly
