**Position Overview**:
As a **Sales Manager,** you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and marketing efforts. Your role will encompass, and be responsible for all sales activity in the company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, manage sales activities, and contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for real estate and a strong desire to deliver results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Welcome visitors to our show homes and provide them with information about our properties and available options.
- Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads.
- Write and modify sales contracts for home sales.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Manage show homes to ensure they are clean, organized, and presented in the best possible light.
- Develop and implement sales materials, including brochures, floor plans, and promotional materials.
- Support administrative tasks such as updating marketing collateral, websites and maintaining customer databases.
- Design and manage media initiatives and post planning.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- Report to ownership on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, and marketing, preferably in the real estate or home building industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build rapport.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite, Canva and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Enthusiasm for real estate and marketing, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Must have a vehicle and have the ability to show different properties through the day.
