**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with business goals.
- Leverage technology sales knowledge to present solutions that meet client needs.
- Perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in account management and business development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing leads and tracking performance.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Pay: $40,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
