Sun Life’s Defined Benefit (DB) Solutions is a team of experienced pension and investment professionals. Our mandate is to help companies manage the risks of their Canadian DB pension plans. We work closely with plan sponsors, consultants and other industry experts to deliver innovative, customized solutions that address the unique challenges each plan sponsor faces.

**What will you do?**
- Support the go-to-market execution of thought leadership content including the 2025 DBS Industry Watch and the 2026 DBS event.
- Coordinate people and key pieces of projects, sponsorships, and event logistics.
- Support the execution of marketing communications including social media plans as needed.
- Support the measurement and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing channels.
- Manage the marketing team online filing system.
- Navigate the organization to manage the completion of marketing and communications tasks with internal partners - designers, legal and compliance, linguistics teams, etc.
- Support continuous process improvements by recommending, implementing, and documenting new processes.

- Exceptional project, time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote)
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, taking initiative to manage your day to deliver on your responsibilities

L’équipe des Solutions prestations déterminées (SPD) de la Sun Life est composée de spécialistes chevronnés des régimes de retraite et des placements. Notre mandat est d’aider les entreprises à gérer les risques associés à leurs régimes de retraite à prestations déterminées canadiens. Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec les promoteurs de régime, les consultants et d’autres spécialistes de l’industrie pour offrir des solutions novatrices et personnalisées qui répondent aux défis particuliers auxquels chaque promoteur de régime est confronté.

**Vos fonctions**
- Soutenir l’exécution de la mise sur le marché du contenu des SPD en leadership éclairé, y compris l’Info Industrie 2025 et l’événement des SPD de 2026.
- Coordonner les personnes et les éléments clés des projets, des parrainages et de la logistique des événements.
- Soutenir l’exécution des communications marketing, y compris les plans de médias sociaux, selon les besoins.
- Participer à la mesure et à la communication des indicateurs clés du rendement (ICR) pour tous les canaux de marketing.
- Gérer le système de classement en ligne de l’équipe du marketing.
- Naviguer dans l’organisation pour gérer la réalisation des tâches de marketing et de communication avec les partenaires internes : concepteurs, Affaires juridiques, Contrôle de la conformité, Services linguistiques, etc.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus en recommandant, en mettant en œuvre et en documentant de nouveaux processus.

**Les aptitudes pour réussir**
- Compétences exceptionnelles en gestion de projets et du temps, et grand sens de l’organisation.
- Aptitudes pour la communication écrite et orale.
- Expérience démontrée en gestion de projets.
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote).
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et au sein d’une équipe, en prenant l’initiative de gérer sa journée de manière à s’acquitter de ses responsabilités.
