**Full time and Part time positions available**

NUTTEA Toronto is located at Bloor Street, just a few steps away from the Bathurst subway station. We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part Time Cashiers/Baristas, covering shifts from Monday to Sunday (9am to 9pm/10pm). Previous experience in cafes and/or making bubble tea is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and attentive manner.
- Prepare a diverse range of beverages, including coffee, tea, and bubble tea, ensuring every drink in accordance with NUTTEA drinks formula and preparation techniques.
- Accurately place orders, process transactions, and maintain a neat and organized cashier area.
- Handle daily cash and card transactions using our POS system.
- Efficiently prepare and serve orders while adhering to recipe guidelines and maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure the cafe's cleanliness by consistently sanitizing workstations, equipment, restrooms and seating areas.
- Support the team's pop up events and market where necessary

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills that conveys necessary information concisely, ability to speak a second language is a plus.
- Possess excellent multitasking abilities that enable you to handle multiple customer orders and inquiries simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, as demonstrated through past roles or experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure even under pressure.
- Attention to details, ensuring each beverage is accurately and consistently prepared according to established standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate various shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience as a barista or similar in customer-facing roles is advantageous but not obligatory.
