**Summary**

As a Chatime Tearista at Chatime Liberty Village, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the preparation of our delicious bubble tea. This position is essential in helping us fulfill our brand promise of creating happy moments with our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve high-quality bubble tea and other menu items according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during checkout.
- Assist team members as necessary
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bubble tea shop or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain a clean work environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Take pride in doing the best job you can do, in any environment
- Attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
