**More About the role**:
It takes a special kind of person to do this job. Those who are most successful in this role enjoy interacting with our diverse Guests and sharing their experiences of this beautiful city and fun places to visit as they start their vacation.

**Job Duties**:

- Guest service ambassadors are the initial and final face contact with our Guests and will safely transport them from the Airports and/or Airport area hotels to CanaDream and back. They will attend to all Guests’ pick-ups and drop-offs and ensure CanaDream’s vehicles are in good working condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent, proven Customer and/or Guest service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-directed, safety-conscious, motivated, proactive, and fiercely accountable.
- Good knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask.
- Must have a valid 4B driver’s license and a clean five-year commercial driver’s abstract.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian driving rules and regulations and 2 years of driving experience.
