**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Safely operate trucks to transport goods between locations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track shipments and inventory.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient order picking and shipping/receiving processes.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries.
- Fabricate or assemble products as required during transportation tasks.
- Provide mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting of equipment when necessary. (Bonus)
- Safely and carefully prepare orders involving manual labour.
- Must have a drivers license Class 5 (Class 3 or 1 would be an asset)

**Skills**
- Proficient in order picking and shipping/receiving procedures.
- Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks safely.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for handling equipment issues.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems to streamline operations.
- Ability to load and unload materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Attention to detail in maintaining records and ensuring accuracy in deliveries.
- Physically fit and be able to lift up to 22.5kg (approx. 50LBS) on multiple occasions.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
