About Fine Art Bartending
We’ve been around for nearly 40 years, perfecting a curriculum that sets aspiring bartenders up for success. Our program isn’t fluff—we train students to:

What You’ll Do
Your mission? Help students graduate with confidence.
You’ll teach using our proven curriculum, but we want you to bring your own flavour to the class—sharing real-life bartending stories, tips, and tricks from your own experience.
**This isn’t just a job where you read slides. We expect you to**:

- Engage, inspire, and challenge your students
- Hold high standards—students who aren’t ready, don’t pass
- Keep the vibe fun, but focused
- Think of yourself as the face of the school. You’ll create an experience that students will rave about (and they do—check our reviews if you don’t believe us).

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and passion to the role:

- 5+ years of bartending experience in busy, real-world environments
- Serving It Right certification (must be current)
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
- Experience teaching or training others is an asset
- Personable and approachable personality required to create a welcoming environment
- Past management or leadership experience in hospitality preferred
- Proven initiative and leadership—someone who has grown within a business, taken on -more responsibility, and earned the trust of their superiors
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Police record check may be required
- Bonus: We love hiring graduates of Fine Art Bartending School

The Schedule & Pay
We value consistency, so this role comes with a set schedule—no shift swapping.
**When**:

- Saturdays & Sundays: 12:15 PM - 4:15 PM
- 3.5 hours of teaching
- 30 minutes for setup and wrap-up

**Pay**: $30/hour
**Notes**:

- 2 weeks unpaid vacation
- Every 4th Sunday off
- We avoid scheduling classes over long weekends
- Note: If this schedule doesn’t work for you, this isn’t the right fit.
