**What You Will Do as a Commercial Sales Rep**

You’ll be in the community providing innovative and smart security and automation solutions to local homeowners and businesses.
- Secure appointments with potential clients, travel to different locations in GTA area and with a company-provided vehicle.
- Communicate the value of safety and security to potential customers.
- Work closely with our experienced manager to review customer requirements and provide consultative solutions.
- Advise and recommend commercial solution needs based on customer preferences.
- Stay updated and knowledgeable about our products and services to assist customers better.
- Execute effective sales strategies by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build positive relationships and foster a team-oriented environment.

**Requirements**:

- Available for a Full-Time permanent position from Monday to Saturday.
- A strong passion for sales and a desire to become a future entrepreneur.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with potential customers.
- Proficiency in utilizing company
- CRM systems to manage and record sales activities effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Minimum 2 years Experience Commercial sales B2B**:

- **G Licence**:

- **Car required**

**Compensation**
- Initially compensation will be based on performance in the Field and determined by the number of sales closed by you or your Field Manager.
- Yearly package ranging between $37k-$50k plus BONUSES

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,464.26-$40,153.36 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
