Are you passionate about supporting newcomers, immigrants, and refugees? Mishka social services is seeking a **dedicated volunteer** to assist our Community Service Worker (CSW). In this role, you will help provide comprehensive case management services, including assessing individual needs, developing tailored service plans, and guiding clients through social services, legal, and healthcare systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the CSW in providing comprehensive case management services to newcomers, immigrants, and refugees.
- Support in conducting needs assessments and developing individualized service plans.
- Provide guidance on navigating social services, legal, and healthcare systems.
- Collaborate with community resources to ensure clients access essential services.
- Help facilitate support groups and workshops to promote community integration and cultural understanding.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Experience in case management or similar roles, especially with diverse populations, is preferred.
- Strong cultural sensitivity and understanding of the challenges faced by newcomers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with community resources and services for immigrants is an asset.
