**Job Description**:
We are looking for Enthusiastic, Driven, Outside of the Box Thinkers to help us grow our business. In the specialized role of Sales Specialist, you will be a key member of our Roofmart Sales Team.

Your role will be to manage, support and build relationships with existing customers as well as develop new customers. The exciting and challenging goal will be to grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers by converting them away from competitor products.

You are different from your peers. Although you have a strong work ethic, and you excel in your current role you are seeking an opportunity to grow and develop by challenging yourself. You are energetic, organized, confident and positive. You are patient but persistent. You consider rejection an untapped opportunity. You are not swayed or discouraged by rejection. **Qualifications**:

- Roofing Experience
- College Diploma or Degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or
- 3 or more years of successful Roofing Sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
