Boreon is a newly established company specializing in basement construction in Calgary, Canada. Boreon is positioned to deliver exceptional quality and value. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (B2B, B2C) to our sales team. This role requires to achieve sales targets while fostering strong relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**

  • Visit clients' to assess basements and understand renovation needs
  • Present Boreon’s renovation packages, design solutions, and pricing
  • Educate clients on process, permits, and project timelines
  • Collaborate with in-house designers and estimators
  • Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales
  • Maintain CRM records (Zoho) and update lead status
  • Transition signed clients to the project management.

**Qualifications & Skills**

  • Background in construction, architecture, or engineering
  • Ability to read and sketch simple floor plans
  • Familiarity with building codes and permit requirements (training provided)
  • Fluent in English (B2+)
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence and active listening
  • Calm and persuasive negotiation style
