**We are looking for**: a full-time, contract Learning and Development Student

**Hours of Work**: 34 hours/week. M-T 8:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm. Hybrid work from home.

**Reports to**: Learning and Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- LMS management/support, reporting
- Review of e-learning courses, content suggestions/improvement
- Lesson plan writing
- Job aid creation
- Assist in hosting onboarding sessions
- Create content for communications in word press

**Qualifications**:

- In progress or recent completion of a related diploma or degree program
- E-learning design knowledge
- Training/coaching experience
- Experience with systems HR/LMS (Dayforce preferred)
- Proficiency with Google Docs, O365 programs (excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal, writing and grammar skills
