We are looking for an experienced Media Manager to develop new social media campaigns, support business objectives, business pages manage influencer marketing relationships and advance brand building. and manage ad campaigns - Deep understanding of Tiktok, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn. - Develop marketing strategies, optimize digital campaigns and increase brand awareness focusing on our social media platforms. - Build and manage social media marketing programs to support and generate leads across various channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing. Developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns from scratch to launch an eye-catching platform and create social media posts that engages audience - Able to manage multiple brands simultaneously while giving diligence to different brand tones, audiences, and objectives Create social media posts - both videos and graphic posts Monitor and understand social media analytics and make wise decisions from them Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow and retention Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors Work both autonomously and collaboratively Create a winning "Customer Experience" - Keep up to date with trending topics and adapt to social media strategy to boost social media traffic. - Refine the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement levels and drive sales. **Requirements**: - Minimum 2+ years of press and Social Media Management experience - Minimum 2+ years progressive experience in a social media role - Proven ability to create smart and engaging content and exceptional writing skills - Design marketing strategies with goals that are short term as well as long term - Ensure a diverse web presence by sharing content through a multiplicity of channels - Excellent copywriting and editing skills. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Proven ability to work & collaborate with cross-functional team - Strong time management skills, deadline oriented and results driven, thrives in a high-pressure environment - Have a genuine passion for social media and content creation - The energy to always want to be the best at what you do**Benefits**: - Company events - On-site parking - Profit sharing - Flexible schedule - Commission pay **Schedule**: - Full time - Immediate start - Hybrid shifts mornings/evenings/weekends **payment** - Base hourly rate - Commission pay - Profit sharing **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $17.00-$27.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Company events - On-site parking - Profit sharing Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Overtime - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Commission pay - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Marketing (required) Work Location: One location
