Our staff incorporates best practices of team work to ensure the best health outcome for our clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time **HR Assistant** for the London area.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to HR and to the general office administrative support
- Maintain the data base
- Maintain staff lists, career centre and bios on website
- Must be willing to travel to attend career fairs and other events as needed
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the HR department
- Assist in the preparation of meetings as required
- The role will carry out routine tasks to in office administration and will provide support in executing, organizing and facilitating tasks contributing to the overall employee experience for the RFI team.
- Assist with special projects as requested

**Key Qualifications**
- Exceptional communication skills and must be able to interact effectively and diplomatically with other team members
- Good customer service and office administrative skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- At least one year of experience in recruitment, specifically sourcing and screening
- College diploma with related courses in Human Resources and/or Administration
- Good Excel and Microsoft office abilities and social media skills
