Accounting Clerk

**Full Time Accounting Clerk**

Bryan’s Electric Motors & Pumps is a family owned and operated company with 3 generations. Proudly serving our customers for 30 years, with sales and service to industrial, commercial and residential pumps, electric motors, pressure washers, as well as Licenced water well pump installations.

We are seeking an organized, energetic and self-motivated team player to join our team in Alliston

**Responsibilities**
- Process accounts receivables and payables in a timely manner
- Assist with service work scheduling
- Process orders for stock as required
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phones
- Provide office administrative support to others on the team, as required
- **Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience with Quick Books (Enterprise)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Collections
- Experience in the service industry is an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail when working under tight timelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies including customer service, communication, team work, initiative/self-management and accountability, and flexibility/adaptability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $41,600.00 per year
