Reporting to the CFO, the Accounting Coordinator has full cycle accounting knowledge and is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, completing reconciliations, assisting with cash management, and involvement with monthly financial reviews and audits.

Specific Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements accurately
- Record and maintain fixed asset purchases and applicable depreciation and amortization schedules.
- Record month-end entries and preparation of financial statements.
- Complete all functions of Accounts Receivable ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines are met.
- Prepare journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist Accounts Payable if necessary.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly Good and Service Tax entries.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly Provincial Service Tax entries.
- Complete weekly cash flow spreadsheet and assist with cash management.
- Complete daily sales report.
- Assist with Year End preparation and audit.
- Assist with inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel, Word), and Navision
- Intermediate, full-cycle accounting knowledge.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills.

Education and Experience Required
- Post-secondary education with a focus in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of working experience in accounting or Finance
- Full cycle accounting knowledge

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
