**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Create engaging content for social media, website updates, and print materials to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- **On-Camera Content**: Appear in social media posts, delivering engaging and informative content in a personable and professional manner.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Interact with the online community, respond to comments and encourage engagement across platforms.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify trends, target audience preferences and competitor strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Volo Healthcare products to accurately represent and communicate their benefits in content.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track metrics from digital and traditional channels, providing insights for campaign improvements.
- **Event and Trade Show Support**: Assist in coordinating logistics and communication for events, supporting traditional marketing outreach. Be available to attend said events and trade shows.

**Qualifications**:

- **Comfortable on Camera**: Confident and engaging presence, with the ability to create live or recorded audio/video content.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Clear and articulate speaking and writing ability for content creation and live interaction.
- **Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools**:

- **Required**: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center, Canva, Excel.
- **Nice to Have**: Experience with Zoho Suite and Amazon Seller.
- **Adaptable and Organized**: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across digital and traditional channels.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
