**The Role**

This position is a key part of a growing Logistics Coordinator team responsible for managing the schedule, bookings, and daily flow across our vehicle wrap operation. You’ll support an ambitious, fast-paced crew by keeping the right projects on track, across borders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate production and installation schedules for vehicle wraps across Canada and the U.S.
- Liaise with artists, production, design, and sales teams to confirm project details and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain booking systems and help roll out tools you’ll have been involved in shaping.
- Adjust plans on the fly to ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
- Keep accurate records and communicate changes immediately to relevant teams.

**What You Bring**
- Excellent computer literacy: spreadsheets, scheduling systems, digital workflows. You’re comfortable and efficient with task management software.
- Strong organizational skills; You’re detail oriented while maintaining efficiency, and fluid pace through your day.
- Calm, clear communicator, even under pressure.
- Bonus points if you’ve previously worked on cross-border logistics, Operations, or team scheduling.
- Prior experience in scheduling, logistics, or coordination is what we’re looking for, but fast learners with the right mindset matter even more to us.

Pay: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
