**What you will do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise Pro and Audio department technicians and activities
- Electronics troubleshooting and repair
- Work to improve RMA’s open-close lead-time
- Monitor and analyze RMA’S aging
- Work with purchasers to help define and implement replenishment strategies to optimize the productivity and efficiency
- Document Pro and Audio processes and key working procedures
- Monitor and maintain balanced workload of the technicians
- Overlook cross-training requirements
- Provide weekly written reports summarizing the major activities and accomplishments.
- Demonstrate responsibility and compliance with all safety and quality policies and standards

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory role
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians
- Electronics diploma (mandatory)
- 5 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting and repairing.
- Pro-audio equipment knowledge (Mixing Consoles, Wireless, Lighting, Amps etc.) is a strong asset.
- Strong leadership qualities, including decisiveness, integrity, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- CSA certification (Strong asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

**Ce que vous ferez**:
**Responsabilités**:

- Superviser les techniciens et les activités des départements Pro et Audio
- Dépannage et réparation de l'électronique
- Travailler à l'amélioration des délais d'ouverture et de fermeture des RMA
- Contrôler et analyser le vieillissement des RMA
- Travailler avec les acheteurs pour définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de réapprovisionnement afin d'optimiser la productivité et l'efficacité.
- Documenter les processus Pro et Audio et les principales procédures de travail
- Contrôler et maintenir une charge de travail équilibrée pour les techniciens
- Prendre en compte les besoins de formation croisée.
- Fournir des rapports écrits hebdomadaires résumant les principales activités et réalisations.
- Faire preuve de responsabilité et se conformer à toutes les politiques et normes de sécurité et de qualité.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de supervision
- Capacité démontrée à diriger, encadrer et développer une équipe de techniciens d'entretien.
- Diplôme en électronique (obligatoire)
- 5 ans d'expérience dans le dépannage et la réparation de matériel électronique.
- La connaissance de l'équipement pro-audio (consoles de mixage, sans fil, éclairage, amplis, etc.) est un atout majeur.
