MI Petro Construction & Supply currently seeking experienced:

- Petroleum Field Superintendents
- Certified Petroleum Mechanics (PMH, PM1, PM2, PM3)
- Equipment Operators (skid steer, mini excavator).
- Concrete Laborers
- Skilled Laborers
- Safety training/certifications
- A demonstrated ability to work safely
- Construction experience, **BONUS points for Petroleum Construction**:

- Experience operating equipment and utilizing tools

For those seeking Field Superintendent Position, you must possess the following skills/certifications:

- CPCA Certifications PM1, PM2, PM3 or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years of Field Superintendent experience
- A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
- Project management experience asset, i.e., project scheduling, budgets, expenses

**BONUS points for PMP certification**
- Strong computer skills
- must be able to use Microsoft Suite, Project Management Software (Procore, Build Works, etc.)
- Highly organized
- Be a safety leader
- Strong time management

We are also seeking someone who possesses the below attributes:

- Strong work ethic
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be a positive leader/coach
- Willingness to take direction and be coachable

Other musts:

- Must have clean class 5 drivers abstract
- **Must be willing to travel and be away for extended periods of time**
