**What we need**

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Bartender's responsibility is to provide excellent customer service, serving customers quickly and efficiently by providing an attentive and unobtrusive service in a unique and memorable dining experience.

You will support the elevation of our culture through the lens of our pillars: The best in wellness | The feeling of somewhere else | A trouble-free experience | In a natural state.

**What you’ll do**

**Management Activities: planning, organization and control**
- Takes multiple drink orders from multiple servers at one time;
- Provides fast, efficient, and consistent product;
- Prepares and serves beverages, wine and spirits according to established standards;
- Effectively organizes, cleans and restocks bar area;
- Performs opening and closing task checklists;
- Assist in ensuring the cleanliness of all amenities and spaces;
- Be proactive in developing ways to improve the guest experience;
- Be eager & willing to lend a helping hand to guests and colleagues;
- Perform other related duties.

**Profile needed**

**What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position**
- High school diploma;
- Diploma in restaurant, hospitality, hotel or service industry, an asset ;
- Smart Choices Responsible Service Certification; Smart Serve;
- Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine characteristics and pairings;
- Experience with a POS system, an asset;
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Very good physical condition: standing on your feet and ability to lift 50lbs (23kg), ability to work long hours standing on your feet and constantly moving.

**When**

You will work on flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends and holidays)

**Must be available to work Friday, Saturdays, Sundays**
