**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Resource Management**:

- Manage farm resources, including equipment, supplies, and labor.
- Monitor and maintain farm equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary inputs.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead a team of farm workers.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Financial Management**:

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for farm operations.
- Monitor expenses and manage cost control measures.
- Analyze financial reports and provide insights for improving profitability.
- **Sustainability and Innovation**:

- Implement sustainable farming practices to enhance soil health, water management, and biodiversity.
- Stay updated with the latest agricultural technologies and practices.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in farm operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in farm management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop/livestock management, and farm machinery.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to sustainable and ethical farming practices.
