We are looking for the perfect **Project Coordinator** to add to our team

Project Coordinators at KERR assist the Project Managers and Team Leaders by coordinating all activities concerned with the administration of construction projects, ensuring that all goals and objectives are successfully attained, including schedule, budget, communication, quality and safety.

**From Pre-Construction to Job Completion our Project Coordinators**:

- Attend and take notes at meetings as required with architects, general and subcontractors.
- Review technical and technology documentation for completeness and latest versions
- Update documentation as required
- Ensure the job is aligned with the General Contract schedule
- Order and track required materials
- Review worker time and submit to payroll
- Manage and track Extra Work Orders, Proposed Change Notices, Construction Change Notices, and any other changes to the original scope of work.
- Provide support to PMs, Team Leaders, and field staff as required

The PC role is not limited to these duties and may be required to assist the project team with other tasks as needed and balance these tasks among multiple projects.

**Technology/Software**

Experience in Plexiss ERP, Bluebeam/architectural programs, Microsoft office, and GC system such as Procore is definite asset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Industry experience and education in Construction Engineering Technology or similar
- A desire to work in a non-traditional, participative work environment, including the willingness to participate in ongoing training programs
- Strong commitment to achieving quality, including extreme attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural and Structural blueprints
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Experience with Procore, Blue Beam, Adobe is a desirable asset.
- Valid Driver's license and clean Drivers abstract
