**Manager, Project Management** Impact XM develops solutions for virtual and live events. We are looking for a **Manager, Project Management,** to join our team. The Manager, Project Management, is responsible to ensure that the Project Management team is effectively, accurately & efficiently managing all assigned projects as per Global Project Management mandate. In collaboration with Global Sales & Global Operational departments on work order accuracy, timing and detail. Work with Global Project Management on refining processes, systems & tools that will strengthen the support provided. Participate in regular Production meetings. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Adhere to all Global Impact XM processes and policies accurately and efficiently. - Ensure that the Project Management team is managing all assigned projects in accordance with Impact XM policies and practices to best meet project needs. - In addition to supervising local Project Management team, effectively Project Manage projects. - Complete final event costing within 12 days following the close of each event, and invoice accurately (with input from the Account Director) - Assess packing lists, final show services order packets and detail drawings for accuracy. - Strive for continuous improvement through completion of Post Project Reports, regular 1:1 meetings, and knowledge sharing with the broader team - Implement and oversee all training and onboarding of new Project Managers across the Impact XM organization. - Identify efficiencies in the IXM project management process and systems. - Meet regularly with the Managers, Project Management to review best practices, new developments, issues/challenges and system or process updates. - Coach and counsel of staff by establishing regular 1:1 meetings with team members, to review project/program status, coaching & development progress, and assess areas for improvement/training - Dialogue with Sales & Operations individuals to assess training and development opportunities, new processes & strategies. - Regular team meetings to review new processes, gather feedback for other departments, and communicate organizational updates. - Support Global Estimating efforts. **REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**: - Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; and 5-10 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the exhibit industry or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Must be passionate about working with people and be customer centric. - Possesses an aptitude for Structural Mechanics with the ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings. - Thrives in an entrepreneurial and independent environment. - Embodies flexibility, open-mindedness and receptivity. - Actively works out solutions. - Identifies something valuable in being part of a team and ability to effectively collaborate. - Effective communication skills are required: including the ability to make effective presentations; prepare written documentation including proposals, quotations and letters; maintain accurate and complete client and project files. - Must be able to develop excellent rapport with existing and prospective clients. - Must have a good “business sense”. - Exhibit the ability to multi-task, sell, and operate under severe time constraints and immovable deadlines. Good organization, detail and follow-up skills are required. - Proficient in using Microsoft office programs. - Experience in CRM is an asset. - Exhibit familiarity with show rules and regulations related to exhibit designs. - Demonstrated knowledge of production materials and the extent to which these may be utilized in exhibit production. - Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours when/as required. **About Impact XM** Impact XM is a global event and experiential marketing agency that empowers brands to power business—and has nearly 50 years in business to prove it.
