**Join Our Team**
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and has experience with bookkeeping and general office tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter invoices, payments, and vendor bills into QuickBooks
- Prepare and send invoices and customer statements
- Track and update pricing in internal spreadsheets and on the website
- Maintain accurate records including packing slips and receiver books
- Assist with internal reporting and meeting preparation
- Make cheque deposits and credit card payments
- Follow up on outstanding payments or missing information

**Qualifications**
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
