**Role Overview**:
The Quality shop floor compliance Associate is responsible for providing and supporting a variety task and perform QA compliance shop floor compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality assurance compounding line start, Equipment release, Packaging line start up and line clearance.
- Physical Release of Bulk and Finished Product
- Take sample for retain, and stability.
- Perform AQL on Finished Product
- Prepare APQR Annual Product Quality Report
- Prepare PMSR (Product Market Surveillance Report) and PSUR ( Product Safety Update Report
- Liaise with all departments for waste management of raw material, finished products, packaging components.
- Handle customer returns, customer returns waste
- Participate in Interest Groups and Working Groups equipment clean hold time verification.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- University/ College graduate in Chemistry or related discipline or Equivalent.

Skills/Abilities/Characteristics:

- A good grasp of basic computer skills is mandatory - Word & Excel.
- Organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Experience**:
**Working Conditions**:

- Exposure to a lab and manufacturing environment.
- The ability to support several projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of other departments.
- Excellent organizational, time and stress management skills to meet deadlines.

**Physical Requirements**:

- The ability to lift to 40 lbs.
- Prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
- Stress management skills to complete tasks within the deadline.
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity when using instruments, etc.
