**TORONTO BEACH CLUB **is a new and exciting restaurant concept by Toronto’s Scale Hospitality Group (Shook, Lapinou, The Miller Tavern, The Wheatsheaf Tavern). Located at Woodbine Beach, **TORONTO BEACH CLUB** is a true expression of the Mediterranean, through its colorful menu and thoughtful décor. Designed as the ultimate culinary and entertainment hot spot, the club boasts one of Toronto’s most scenic, elevated dining experiences, alongside a coveted roster of late-night performers and DJs.

We are looking for talented, hardworking **BARTENDERS**. Who says perfection doesn’t exist? If you strive to provide perfectly crafted cocktails, perfectly poured beer and perfectly chilled wine, we would love to hear from you The bar is your stage and your audience awaits

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare beverages, accurately to recipe specs, and mix and match ingredients in innovative ways
- Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services; explain/romance the menu concept and style when necessary
- Be responsive and helpful with regard to off-menu items such as classic cocktails and expand personal knowledge in this area as much as possible
- Ring in orders accurately, adding modifiers where needed
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2+ years minimum experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks; keen desire to expand knowledge and keep on trends
- A positive, energetic outlook with a passion for hospitality
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to carry and lift up to 25-40lb
