Part-time Farmers' Market Sales Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable **female sales assistant** to join our small farm team and help sell succulent plants at the **Carp Farmers’ Market** every **Saturday from May 10 to October 25, 2025**.
- **Location**: 3790 Carp Rd, Ottawa, ON K0A 1L0
- **Schedule**: Saturdays, 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- **Pay**: $50 base + 10% commission on sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrive on time and set up the booth by 8:00 AM
- Unpack and display succulents neatly
- Greet and engage with customers, answer questions
- Handle cash and electronic payments
- Lift and move boxes (up to 30 lbs)
- Pack up and clean the booth after 1:00 PM

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Able to lift and move items up to 30 lbs
- Outgoing, responsible, and punctual
- Available **every Saturday** throughout the market season
- Comfortable traveling to **Carp** (rural location)
