**Job description**

Comfort Advisor - HVAC & Plumbing

**Position Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of Sales experience

Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills

Have a great attitude, be positive and energetic

Speak English fluently

Satisfactory Criminal Record Check

Mandarin or Cantonese are an asset

**Job Duties**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, answering all customers inquiries
- Keep a record of customers’ concerns and desires in order to provide appropriate service
- Sell and book services, maintenance and follow ups.
- Coordinating with our staff and customers to manage the schedule
- Follow up with customers on quotes and estimates
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications

**Compensation**:
Compensation structure for this position is open to negotiations for a combination of a base rate plus commission.
