**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cabinet Making**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials and tools required for each project.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Construct and assemble custom cabinets, doors, drawers, and other millwork items with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure all work meets the high standards of quality and craftsmanship expected at Peachwood Interiors.
- **Installation**:

- Install custom cabinetry and millwork on-site according to project specifications and design plans.
- Fit and secure cabinets, countertops, and other fixtures in place, ensuring alignment and proper function.
- Perform adjustments and repairs as needed to ensure perfect installation.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors on-site to ensure seamless integration of cabinetry and millwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, both in the shop and on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (at least willing to learn) as a cabinet maker and installer in a high-end custom cabinetry or millwork company.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong woodworking skills, including the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including workshops and on-site locations.
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
